It was designed for the use cases of food packaging, advertising and bold social media designs. Although it is not limited to these types of playful communication, it is highly recommended to be served warm and not cold. But if you were to ever try it on a black-and-grey oat drink, it would also look phenomenal.
Die Schriftart wurde für die Anwendung auf Lebensmittelverpackungen, Werbung und mutigen Social-Media-Designs entwickelt. “Lecheln” beschränkt sich nicht auf spielerische Kommunikation, aber es ist dringlich empfohlen, es warm und nicht kalt zu servieren. This font evokes your appetite by referencing the shapes of the 80s. No matter how hungry you are, these negative spaces will put pictures of unseen recipes into your head. There is no compromise to be made when it comes to your smile. So every smile will be represented in the variable version of the font. Turn it up or turn it down!
Diese Schrift weckt deinen Appetit durch einen Verweis auf die Formen der 80er. Egal wie hungrig du bist, diese Negativflächen werden Bilder von unbekannten Rezepten in deinen Kopf zaubern. The creation of this font started at the end of 2022. I was eating so much great food and had finally found a way to translate it onto my love for design. It will be available in two weights and also the style of the smile. If this doesn't make your mouth water, please get that checked.
Die Schriftart begann ihre Reise am Ende von 2022. Ich aß so viel gutes Essen und fand endlich einen Weg, es auf meine Liebe zum Design zu übertragen. From a technical perspective the glyphset features four masters for the interpolation of the “smile” alone. This results in a smoother animation and interpolated Instances that are fleshy but vegan. Since I assume you are a hungry designer and in need of glyphs that fill your stomach, you can contact me for a beta-version of this font.
